Technical Details


  1. Electro-pneumatic machine designed to rebound the soles of shoes.

    Designed for synthetic materials and leather, among others.


  2. Pulsed rebound, using PTFE (Teflon®) straps, with variable intensity.


  3. PLC to control the machine systems.


  4. PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) temperature control, combined with a solid-state relay, provides 1°C accuracy of the programmed temperature, in addition to reducing energy consumption.


  5. Adjustable for different types of shoes and lasts.


  6. Safe operation with two-hand operation and emergency button monitored by a safety relay.


  7. Quick-change system for PTFE (Teflon®) straps.


  8. Machine compliant with Brazilian safety standards NR 12 and European standard CE.
